Please, take a moment to read this.  It could change your life and your eternal destiny.

1. Man is sinful -- Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

2. Sin has a penalty -- Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

3. Christ paid the penalty -- Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth  His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

4. Salvation is a free gift -- Ephesians 2:8 & 9 reads, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves -- it is the gift of God -- not of works, lest any man should boast."

5. Christ invites our response -- Revelation 3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock -- if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me."

6. We must receive Him -- John 1:12 says, "But as many as received Him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name."

What is your decision

If you understand the above and want to accept God's free gift of eternal life, tell God.  Yes, it's that simple.  Praying is talking to God.  Here is a prayer you may wish to use:

"Heavenly Father, I know I am a sinner.  I believe Jesus died for my sins and rose from the dead.  Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart to receive Jesus as my personal Savior.  Thank you for saving me now.  Amen."
